"Don't know what you've got till it's gone..."

Sadly, those lyrics are too often the case when it comes to our health. We take for granted that our bodies will perform the way they always have. Until the day arrives when our bodies no longer perform or repsond in the way we are familiar. To often it takes a health crisis to get our attention. Sometimes it is too late to undo the damage caused by years of careless and unhealthy eating. While it's never too late to make a change, doing so before it's too late is ideal.

If you are fortunate enough to be reading this before you have had a health struggle, then please pay attention. Listen to those who have since lost their good health... nutrition matters. Healthy living is important! Anyone can lose their health at any time, without warning. Be cautious and actively take responsibility for your health.
